On a contract based structure, we can do help-desk, desk-side support, infrastructure or server support that involves active directory on Windows Server/Samba 4 and a wide range of corporate applications including e-mail and mobile phones (BlackBerry, iPhone, Android).

On a managed plan structure we can deliver network/server solutions for small/medium sized businesses that accomodate a wide range of devices like computers (Windows, Linux), access points, switches, printers, IP phones and mobile phones (BlackBerry, iPhone, Android).
We can do the full setup/design/maintenance of the network, so it best fits your needs.
1 - 35 hours/week minimum - rate dependent - e-mail for inquiries [top of page].
2 - OS installs are billed at 40 CAD. The price includes basic OS install with drivers, but with no software or updates. All extra work needed to be done is billed at 120 CAD/hour.
3 - The SLA is the guarantee to fix the issue. This applies unless there is a hardware malfunction or an isse that depends on other external factors (ISP, failed postal delivery, etc). The SLA does not apply in special cases communicated to the customer when needed.
4 - If more support hours are needed, the 120 CAD/hour rate is applied.
